The Drill down methodology allows for the collector to view a customer, view a summary of pros and ultimately to drill down to the details of a pro.
JAS 6.0 is designed to give healthcare companies the ability to manage exceptions in a more efficient manner. If a customer is tied to a paying agent a link will appear on the account allowing the collector to go directly to the paying agents website and work the exceptions once again without leaving the main work screen for collections.
Allows for collectors to take credit card payments without having to re-key any information. This same process will export a text file to you're A/R system so that when the merchant bank deposits the funds the money will be able to be applied without any human intervention.
The ability to communicate with all customers is paramount in protecting your biggest asset, your accounts receivable. JAS 6.0 allows for mass faxing and mass emailing of summary invoices to customers. This allows healthcare companies to focus their human capitol on higher priority accounts without diminishing service with the smaller accounts.
Reduce invoicing costs by emailing a hot link to your customers. The hotlink will allow customers to access their open receivables, pay online and note disputes.
JAS 6.0 is designed to allow healthcare companies to take advantage of their information regardless of where they are physically located. If a salesperson is about to make a sales call on an existing account they can pull up the account on a cell phone and view the open receivables and the collectors notes on the account.

All Query Bulider generated reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel to allow you to further manipulate them to meet your business requirements.
